The Brick Street Residence in Old Park Lane has been transformed into a luxury development of ten bespoke two-bedroom apartments, seamlessly connected to and serviced by London’s renowned five-star Metropolitan Hotel. The project, led by RIB, involved a full strip-out of the building back to its structural frame, paving the way for a complete reconfiguration.
The internal lift shaft was extended to accommodate a new state-of-the-art lift, while the revised room layouts introduced a sleek, contemporary aesthetic. This redevelopment elevates the apartments to a modern standard, offering a blend of luxury and functionality, tailored to discerning residents.
Our Role
The interiors were meticulously crafted, featuring new MEP services and a cutting-edge BMS for optimised comfort and efficiency. Premium materials, such as engineered hardwood flooring and elegant stone finishes, add warmth and sophistication to the spaces. Fully equipped modern kitchens enhance the functionality of each apartment, while the project’s thoughtful design reflects the contemporary elegance of the adjacent Metropolitan Hotel, creating a cohesive and opulent living experience.
