Monarch House Serviced Apartments in Kensington has undergone a remarkable transformation, bringing a sense of elegance and modernity to its entrance courtyard and reception area. The once old and uninspiring entryway has been completely reimagined, now featuring contemporary and understated finishes that set the tone for a luxurious experience.

Bespoke lighting fixtures illuminate the space, while bronze slatted cladding cleverly conceals necessary mechanical ventilation, maintaining functionality without compromising aesthetics. Porcelain wall cladding adds a touch of refinement, complemented by newly formed columns and planters that frame the entrance beautifully.

Our Role

The guest corridors have also been revitalised with a focus on detail and craftsmanship. Each corridor now features statement entrance doors framed by portal screens, with specialist decorative finishes applied throughout. These updates elevate the overall experience, ensuring that every aspect of Monarch House exudes comfort and sophistication.

The comprehensive refurbishment of the entrance, courtyard, and interior spaces highlights the commitment to creating a welcoming and impeccably designed environment for residents and visitors alike.

Craftsmanship

As guests move into the exterior courtyard, they are greeted by a thoughtfully designed outdoor area that exudes tranquillity and sophistication. Full-length Iroko wood seating and cladding create a warm and inviting ambiance, while the centrepiece water feature adds a calming presence.

The bespoke entrance doors and sleek roofing canopy seamlessly lead into the reception foyer, creating a cohesive transition from the exterior to the interior. Inside, the reception desk, crafted from American black walnut with a black PU lacquer modesty screen, stands as a statement piece. A matching walnut entrance portal further enhances the sense of luxury and cohesion.
