The visitor centre explores the past, present and future of Macallan through its ‘six pillars’ which demonstrate Place, Process, People and Passion. the stunning 2,750 sqm visitor experience is a testament to the old and new.

The visitor centre broadly consists of the Brand Wall & Jewel Box wall on ground floor level which showcases Macallan’s rich collection, on first floor level are three ‘rooms’, standalone installations which tell Macallan’s story. Also, around the space are six pillars which reflect its core values. The visitor centre also boasts a photography gallery, café, bar area, retail space, select VIP areas for the full Macallan experience and the finale to the tour.
