The Halkin Hotel in Belgravia has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment, enhancing its reputation as a beacon of understated luxury. The project encompassed the transformation of all 41 guest rooms and public areas, bringing a fresh yet timeless aesthetic to the property.
Key upgrades included the installation of new sanitaryware and MEP services, ensuring modern functionality while maintaining the hotel's sophisticated charm. Existing stone walls were carefully refurbished, preserving their character, while bespoke joinery and high-quality finishes added layers of elegance and individuality to the interiors.


Our Role
Acting as main contractor, RIB Contracts meticulously executed the works, which extended to guest toilets and public spaces. Precision craftsmanship was evident throughout, from the selection of materials to the detailing of bespoke fixtures.
Decorative enhancements blended seamlessly with the original architecture, striking a balance between contemporary design and classic elements. The refurbishment not only refreshed the Halkin’s physical spaces but also reinforced its commitment to providing a refined 5 star luxurious experience for its guests.
