I have spent the past decade delivering some of the most prestigious projects across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. My career began as an Assistant Project Manager, progressing to Project Manager, and now, as a Senior Manager, I have oversight of several significant cultural projects. 

I collaborate closely with the Senior team to mentor and develop both new and existing team members, ensuring the continuous growth of our talent pool. Additionally, I regularly review our current systems and provide feedback on how we can advance our working practices within the sector.
