Phil Barnett

I’ve been with RIB Contracts since the very beginning in 2016, and it’s been incredibly rewarding to be part of the company’s journey and growth. As the Design Development Manager, I’m responsible for turning concepts into reality through detailed design and meticulous planning.

My role includes creating shop drawings, conducting site surveys, and developing mock-ups, prototypes, and samples. I work closely with the project management team as well as suppliers and sub-contractors to produce fully coordinated drawings that ensure every element of a project is seamlessly integrated.

I’m passionate about finding creative and practical solutions that bring designs to life, and I take pride in contributing to RIB’s reputation for delivering exceptional results. Collaboration is at the heart of what I do, ensuring every project runs smoothly from concept to completion.
